All METOS weather stations installed under this program remain the property of Pessl Instruments South Africa (PI SA). Farmers are granted the right to use the station on their farm as part of the program and to access the environmental data generated by it through the\u00a0FieldClimate\u00a0platform.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The farmer\u00a0is responsible for\u00a0the proper use, protection, and safekeeping of the equipment while it is installed on the farm. Any damage, theft, disappearance, or loss of the station or its sensors is the responsibility of the farmer and may require replacement or repair at the farmer\u2019s expense.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

If a farmer decides not to continue\u00a0participating\u00a0in the program after the\u00a0initial\u00a0trial period, the station must be returned to Pessl Instruments South Africa in good working condition.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
